Hill climb training - We all need it

How about this kind of hill climb training? Red Bull 400 up a ski jump ramp. Not bad for some masochism, right? :mrgreen:

I think they mean 400 metres distance not gain. They call it a 400 metre race?????

Ummm... If that's the case and assuming 40 deg grade, then the elevation change would be 300m. Still quite considerable. Half the elevation of Perrys Lookdown at Blackheath.
