There are alot of dog bushwalk possibilities on the NW, the most annoying part of it is finding information prior to the walk on if they are permitted. In theory it should only be NP's that they are excluded from but depending on which track you start on Mt Roland you will see 'No Dog' signs which is frustrating as there should just be a standard ruling. Dogs can go on all of the Dial Range walks, they are also permitted on the central plateau conservation area as long as they remain outside of the NP's and are registered with parks and wildlife service (ring the molecreek office). This opens up all of the northern central plateau as possibilities. As mentioned Mt Roland depending on if you see the sign at the start of one of the tracks. Black Bluff track goes through state forest. St Valentines peak, all of the smaller peaks as you drive down the west coast lots of options.
But please dont ruin it for the rest of us, be a responsible dog owner and always have your dog on a lead and carry all poo out.

You can take your dogs on the Wilmot River Walks - again please keep them on the lead.
