3000m and 300m of climb and descent and my knees are telling me I am not ready for winter
I took my 4YO grandson up to Flinders peak in the You Yangs I beat him to the top but only just and he creamed me on the descent
I guess I just started training

Next week [ when I recover from losing a molar] I'll get the harness and tyres out and start dragging them around the block
