G'day ,
Does anyone have experience with a Scarp 2 if so please advise your good and bad point if any please.

no experience, only a snippet of info.

when I emailed whatshisname ~2 months ago he told me that a "UK-version" (=outer fly down to the ground, no gap) is likely to be made in the next production run.

Yes, from now on all of the Scarps will be "UK" versions..
I used that term in a British forum and it sort of stuck, but I then started calling the other new updated versions 2010 , so that is the "official" designation now.
