Yes - we were on a river in Fiji. That should help drill down to its name.

Upper Navua River?

Ah John - yes our brief visit to Fiji entailed only one white water adventure - on the Upper Navua River.

My wife keeps suggesting a return to Fiji, but I'd rather any OS trips wait until Covid is well and truly in the rear view mirror.
Easy one. Let's go with a more pedestrian river in Fiji:

- Sigatoka River and destroyed bridge, Coral Coast, Viti Levu Fiji

I didn't think I would need to sig for my supper on this one but here's a clue.
The broken bridge on the left was caused by a 1994 cyclone.

Hands up who apart from John & I have been to this river....SW corner of Fiji main island?
{assuming there are not 2 bridges like this in Fiji?}

Not me, but with a combination of the clue and google maps i think it may be the Sigatoka river

Correct, Sigatoka River on the Coral Coast (pronounced Sing-A-Toe-Ka, hence the misspelt clue).

You should go, it's great. No, but quite close. A large town.

Thanks, those tropical spots inspire that sort of thing.

I just checked in at the right time I guess. I even had time to look on Google.
Here’s an easy one because I’ll be away for Easter and I only have limited pictures on my phone.

The Eden project in Cornwall?
I don't remember the story of it but wasn't it supposed to be a closed system?
