Thank you. Especially for the obvious landmarks. I need all the help I can get.

You can't expect me to make it too easy.

On or near Frankland Beaches?
Sat 28 May, 2022 5:45 pm
Yes indeed, eggs. Somewhere on the new fancy track between Cynthia Bay and Frankland Beaches. They've done quite a good job with that, although I do rather mourn the loss of the old informal walk.

A new track. Did not know that.

WAG - Burgess Bluff?
Sun 29 May, 2022 9:54 am
Not Burgess. Clue is the photo comp for April.
Sun 29 May, 2022 4:25 pm
Another WAG. Are you on the Rodway Range?
Sun 29 May, 2022 5:50 pm
Yes miss-linda.
Looking across to Florentine as the cloud started to break on the Rodway Range.

Correct. Back to you.

Presume it was a warmer day with those bare toes.
Quite a striking view up the back of Hartz.

Bound to be wrong but it will haunt me until I say it: that looks like the ridge leading from Massif to Falling.
(edit to fix the typos. I need to get a new keyboard)

Of course it is, nnw!
I may be wrong, but I can only think of 2 big-bouldery traverses in Tassie like this - Eldon and Du Cane.
Tue 31 May, 2022 11:33 am
Do you mean of course it's wrong, or of course it's Falling from Massif? I'm going to assume the latter.
(Not that the Du Cane ridge is anywhere near as bad as the Eldons.)

A good assumption.

Tough one - but first thoughts it reminds me of Cradle Valley
Tue 31 May, 2022 6:57 pm
Tough? I thought it was bleeding obvious. Of course it's Cradle Valley (aka Ronny Creek).

I guess that's why my mind went there.
Loved the mood in the shot.
