Thanks, Eggs & Icefest. I couldn't think what it would be apart from the Notch, but I don't remember that much vegetation on the side of Lot. Eve Peak's been on my list for a long time. Maybe this summer, with a side trip back up Anne. :) Next:

Probably wrong but the only place I've seen similar is Friar Rocks off South Bruny.

I've convinced myself that it's likely on the Tasman Peninsula.
So I'll try the Cape Pillar area, maybe looking at Tasman Island from The Blade?

Yes - this seal pool is at the base of Tasman Island - and we were at the Seal Lookout on the Cape Pillar walk
