Huh - what's an Eggs Lookout?
I ca verify it is further east than Byron Gap though - and from the view - might be from the Olympus climbing ridge near Lake Oenone?

Yep, shortly after cresting the riidge from the lake. It's an interesting route up to the plateau.

Thanks Eggs, both for an easy one to get the area and the generosity in giving it to me! I realised the angle on Lake Hayes wasn't quite right from the Col, but I was a bit rushed to think more about it.

First thought was Adamsons, but that lump in the middle doesn't fit. It looks like the Hippo, but the angle is confusing. You look to be a lot higher, which would mean La Perouse or Maxwells or one of the Hills. The water could be Southport or Recherche, but if it was Recherche you'd have to be on Hill 4, and it would take some careful framing to hide the infamous Leillateah.
