Adamsons Falls Circuit - Hastings

Can anyone tell me how long it would take to walk the circuit starting at the Duck Hole lake end, past Creekton Falls, Adamsons falls and doing a walk back along the road to the car??? Secondly is it easy enough to find your way between Creekton and Adamsons Falls, I know the rest of the track is well defined.

The through walk takes about 4 hours and can be done comfortably in a day. Between Adamsons and Creekton Falls is a shady area and can be a bit wet and muddy but the last time I was there the track between them was quite obvious.
