No gum trees on Ossa.........I know SBS had been on Pelion East the day he was also on Ossa recently (when we ran into each other) but this was not a view we saw. Well it wasn't one that I saw anyway!

Maybe there has been some cross over - but I do detect Gerry got it with Devil's Gullet.
Mark - this is a short walk off the road to Lake MacKenzie in the NW corner of the central plateau.
And yes - I do remember lots of gum trees there.
My sea query was because I had not thought it right through - I was just fishing for more info.

With gum trees I thought it may be Devil's Gullet. On the way to Lake McKenzie ILT off the Mersey Forest Road. Next one!

Wed 23 Jun, 2010 1:28 pm

Back on the Plateau, is that Turrana Bluff in the background?
Wed 23 Jun, 2010 1:30 pm
would this be at Solomons Jewels?
Wed 23 Jun, 2010 1:32 pm
That'd be from Lake Tyre I guess in the WOJ.

From left to right would be Mount Jerusalem, The Temple and Solomons Throne I think
Wed 23 Jun, 2010 1:34 pm
Phil is the closest so far, but not right yet.
Not Turrana Bluff behind. Phil's order is correct
Wed 23 Jun, 2010 1:35 pm
I knew I was wrong - is it Lake Sidon - Thor is much bigger than this
Wed 23 Jun, 2010 1:36 pm
Not Sidon or Thor. We are only looking at one corner of the lake...
SoB would know
Wed 23 Jun, 2010 1:37 pm
Must be either Daisy or Nutting then, I'll go with Daisy
