On your way up to Abrotonella Rise from Square Tarn I think, from memory???
Mon 05 Jul, 2010 3:12 pm
Hehehe I thought you may know, I think you probably got closer to these than anyone EVER has didnt you? From memory you and Jez started descending into this valley before realising something felt "wrong"
your go Mr B
Mon 05 Jul, 2010 3:24 pm
Yup, we descended too early in thick mist, a rough bash to get us back on track
I remember those boulders as I thought theyd be fun to scramble around on
Next one - which summit is this chap on?
Edit: the last one could have me in trouble, should'nt post pics of friends without asking (n.b.: it was the summit of Perrins Bluff).

Projection Bluff looking across at Quamby? Looks like a nice spot for a siesta wherever it is.
Mon 05 Jul, 2010 9:24 pm
Wow I can totally see how you would think that, but no this is one whole big(ish) mountain with a bit of a saddle/valley inbetween the 2 summits.
Mon 05 Jul, 2010 9:41 pm
yeah definately not projection to quamby - quamby is much further away than this, and is more heavily forested, plus I know Mark hasn't been up Projection. Are you up on Picton?
Tue 06 Jul, 2010 6:47 am
Gap between Picton and the Sth Picton range is also much further than this. But it IS in the SW (surprise surprise)
Tue 06 Jul, 2010 10:13 am
Would you be on the top of Mt Mueller?
Tue 06 Jul, 2010 10:14 am
Certainly am!! 2k's of range seperate the 2 peaks, of course the further one is the high point at a whopping 5m higher......
Tue 06 Jul, 2010 1:13 pm
Ok where was I.
