Forum rules

Attached images can be any resolution so long as the file size is no more than 1 MB (attachments will be displayed by the forums as thumbnails no larger than 800 pixels linked to the full-size image).
Please include a description of the pictures' content so that readers know what they're all about.
For topics focussed on narrative rather than the photos, please consider posting in one of the 'Trip Report' forums instead.

Well, the weather worked out great, if not for the full circuit we had planned at least it turned on for us to get most of the way up.
Ice and snow turned us back.

Yes, I think your right... The peaks look reasonably tame (who knows?), whats between them (and especially further south) probably will not be

yer, i forgot to take the ND filter and or polariser off

was too cold to hang around long also...I was thinking the Volcano shape was Pyramid Mountain?

meh.. happy snaps mate, in comparison to some of those in the gallery. I keep taking all the gear and tripod but unless im out just with the idea to take photos they dont get much use...
If pyramid then yer, looks interesting! I'm not so familiar looking at thiings from that direction
