The Wikipedia list of Tasmania's highest / most significant mountains lists Interview Pinnacle at 1200m

Can anyone tell us where Interview Pinnacle is?

The List shows it as 508 m - north of Corinna/Mt Donaldson

The only one that I know of is: Interview Pinnacle, 508m, Norfolk Range, 55G 336710 Easting 5401060 Northing (-41.525446 145.042839).

also refers to Interview Pinnacle as 1200m. Interestingly the coordinates are pretty close to the one in the Norfolk Range that the rest of us think is only 508m high. Now, I wonder who might be right?

What does your magic spreadsheet say who should be in no. 50?

50 = Walled Mountain (1431m)

But I include things like Ossa (South Spur), Giblin Peak, Giblin Fells etc.

I've been on Donaldson and I don't remember anything nearby that would approach anything like 1200m .

Oh yeah. It should be a named and noted peak in it's own right I reckon, 2 pts . Olls Bluff is a pretty good name I reckon.

That makes sense. The Norfolk Range is a part of Tasmania that I'm not familiar with. I suppose the 1200m altitude was measured in a helicopter.

I have long thought it should have a name; my suggestion (which I not yet submitted to the nomenclature board) is Connell Bluff given the long association the park of the Connells
