Interesting article and i suspect very often applies. I wonder if the real fashion victims would then be the ones who go to the trouble to Remove the badges, labels and branding.

As funny as......and with more than a grain of truth.

Have to agree with the confusion about brightly coloured and seemingly over-technical look of some of the more modern day shoes, though many are of course made by what are essentially street fashion labels who have jumped on the outdoors bandwagon, and vice versa unfortunately, but would still defend the use of bright coloured clothing in extreme, and not so extreme situations. If and when rescue is an absolute necessity it's nice to know that you're giving the guy/girl who's doing the looking every opportunity to actual find you.
