TIP: The online
Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Maybe ask BD phil, I have seen a new white body option and seen them referred to as Apollo 2 (or '2011' on that basegear site) Ive seen the output mentioned as 50 lumens in some places though specs seems to list 80 lumens. I did find one mention of 80 max at 10m (as per the BD site) and 50 at 20meters, perhaps this leads to the confusion and they are in fact all the same?

Went back to query the store I purchased the Apollo light from, in regards to selling me a 50 lumens instead of the 80 lumens, as indicated on there website on sale, they told me it must be a typo error on there website.
Doing the rounds at Kent St in Sydney, no one has heard of a Apollo II with a 80 lumens.

Told the store where I purchased the light from to look it up online, and she told me she could not find any mention of 80 lumens, I asked if I find a Apollo lantern with the 80 Lumens elsewhere, if I could take this back for a refund, seeing that it's not the one advertised on there web, she said, we will see, That straight away told me that they would not return offer a refund, I know I have every right for a refund, I would be pushing the issue more if there was a 80 lumen in stock, but no one has them here in Sydney, so I decided to stick with the one I have.

Phillip, Go straight to Black Diamond and tell them what is happening. Every piece of literature I have read on it says 80 lumens.
