Is this for fishing purposes flyfisher?? I saw some lovely little river trout in the little Denison river just 2 days ago

I only know of the Angel Falls off Sarah Jane (-42.972230, 146.451919), but I notice the ref above has now changed (possibly by you even walkinTas?), but does point to falls between Mt Weld and Weld River, which I think are unnamed.
The Angel Falls at Sarah Jane would have water most times but it would slow down quite a bit after a long dry spell. It is usually not a large volume of water that goes over, but given the height and position flares to a mist quite often. Maybe still an unofficial name
