Ngamadjidj Shelter Loop

Starting from Ngamadjidj Shelter Carpark, Laharum, this walk takes you on a circuit around the area visiting Ngamadjidj Shelter. You can enjoy the fascinating aboriginal art in different sections throughout your walk and learn about the cultural heritage and the paintings delineating various white figures. The walk is short and suitable for most fitness levels with a flat sand surface. Let us begin by acknowledging the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we travel today, and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.

Turn on to Wonwondah - Dadswells Bridge Road then drive for 6.4 km Turn left onto Winfields Road and drive for another 6.3 km Turn left onto Olive Plantation Road and drive for another 2.3 km Turn slight right onto Mount Stapylton Campground Road and drive for another 110 m

	Start. After 15 m to find the car park. After another 40 m come to the "Stapylton Campground" (25 m on your left). Campsite managed byParks Victoria. There is a fee to use this campsite. Veer left, to head along Ngamadjidj Shelter Circuit. After another 35 m pass the toilet (25 m on your left).
	After another 210 m pass the "Ngamadjidj Shelter" (6 m on your left).
	After another 125 m turn right, to head along Ngamadjidj Shelter Circuit. After another 20 m turn right, to head along Ngamadjidj Shelter Circuit.
	After another 310 m continue straight, to head along Ngamadjidj Shelter Circuit. After another 35 m come to the end.
