"Food to Go" e-book - ** Sorted!**

Many years ago I purchased an e-book "Food do Go" from Frank, who had a bushwalking blog (Frank in Oz or similar).
I haven't been able to find it. I did contact him a long time ago to see if I could get another copy, but had no response.
And now his old contact email doesn't work.
Just wondering if anyone has a copy of this they would be willing to share?

His blog was called "Our Hiking Blog" but it seems to have disappeared a while back.

I remember "Food to Go"... it was a great resource. I think I even contributed a bit to it.
