[Solved] Transport Lake St Clair to Launceston on 9 jan 20

Hi everyone.

I am looking for a transport from Lake St Clair to Launceston Airport on Thurday 9 Jan 2020 for an arriving at the airport at 4.00pm-ish.

The "standard" trip will drop me too late to catch my plane (plane take off at 5.55pm). I also found a transport with this schedule but that too expensive if I am alone in the bus ($360).
Anyone interested to share with me this bus?

Any other idea?
