That's a fair distance away. There is some zoom but I don't think I could see it from here.
Walk_fat boy_walk wrote:Are you on the sentinels?
No, I'm quite a distance from there.

Reminds me of the view across the upper Howqua valley towards Stirling, but no idea where from? Maybe around Helicopter Spur/Picnic Point area?

I'm in a smaller NP. Hiked through some early snow to this lookout point.

You're on the right massif. No lettuce, pickles or special sauce here...

The track containing these falls has been closed for some time.
But no doubt the holy three can visit whenever they wish.

Name this NSW bit of rock. A couple of clues in there.

Some of you will have done this scramble - there's a log book at a spot named after a v. well known bushwalker 500m to the right, and another log book less than 1km ahead.

I haven't but is it one of the Narrow Neck passes? Maybe Carlon Head?

Yes.
Maybe Carlon Head?
No, but close.
There's a short length of white rope at the top.

I found a photo of someone traversing a slot using a white (I assume fixed) rope on Glenraphael Head.
Looks vaguely similar to the one in your image, but a much closer shot.

Well done - it is GlenRaphael head. Dunphys Pass (& logbook) is 500m to the right & at the top of this rock is Harmils Ledge which leads to another logbook.
The lower part of Carlons Head is on the horizon at the left - that's where we went next.

Thanks Keith. I researched quite few of those passes, most are exposed beyond my comfort zone.
I should at least explore the top of some.
