TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Looking for a new backpack

I've been using a pretty good pack for a while now but after seeing this I'm thinking about upgrading.

Does anyone have any experience with the Flextrek?

Oh yes, that is the source of inspiration for us. Hard to find, but worth the search.

Hey - I'm pretty sure I was able to achieve most of those features with my old pack :)

I wish my pack had the "rapid access turgid spring release action"
This makes me the first man to climb Mount Everest backwards, without oxygen...or even a jumper.
