Looks okay to me, though a bit hard to tell without seeing the harness. If it's comfortable and the back length is right for you it should be good.
I like the Osprey Exos too, but it's a different pack altogether sacrificing toughness for lightweight. So comparing the weight is hardly fair. (100d/210d Nylon pack compared to a 450d polyester pack reinforced with 600d nylon). But if you have no scrub (etc.) walking on the horizon certainly worth a look.
Not sure if the $199 RRP is what you are looking at paying, but a One Planet Traverse for $215 is a very nice & a reasonably tough pack as well. But 52% bigger and 18% heavier too - kinda doubles as a small overnighter in case you care.
