TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Just curious if anybody else has had problems with the Yunan poles in WE tents?

I was on a walk with a lady once who broke all 3 poles in the WE iExplore.

Are you having issues with yours?

Yes. We have a first arrow which has snapped three pole sections while just standing in still conditions at different sites in different places on the tent. A bit concerning since we bought it for use mainly in SW tas.

No sorry Franco, the tent is being assessed for warranty however all the breaks were different. One split the pole along were it slides over the joiner, one broke off cleanly at the end of where it overlapped the joiner and one snapped right through the joiner itself and the pole was actually ok. It is because of the fact that there seemed no similarities between the breaks apart from the fact that they shouldn't have happened that I am concerned about the overall durability of them.
