TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Using a Hammockgear incubator with Hennessy asym hammock

Postby andrewa » Tue 12 Feb, 2013 8:28 pm

I'm thinking about buying a hammock gear incubator 20 under quilt for my Hennessy ultralight asym bottom entry hammock, and am wondering whether anyone has had my issues with getting in and out of a bottom entry hammock whilst keeping a full length UQ in place? I had a look on the hammock forums, and didn't find a lot except that there were a few who had had trouble getting it to hang properly. I have modified my hammock with short side zips to enable me to get my arms outside if needed.

Any input would be appreciated.

not sure how you'll get on with an Incubator, but have you looked at the http://www.jacksrbetter.com/shop/the-nest/. Its specifically made for the HH Classic.
