The store recommended going up to the M/L.
The Osprey Talon is made only in S/M &m/l.
It's minimalist so harnesses & hipbelts aren't interchangeable.

my packs attach lower than that , i'm wondering if the design there is to attach lower so teh strap angles up more and doesnt force the flap forward
