TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Hi all,

My wife is looking for a lightweight daypack that is crushable/packable. It would need to have side pockets for drink bottles.

Any suggestions appreciated!

Cheers

DRYCOMP SUMMIT SACK

Fabric : 100% nylon, 70D, TPU // 100% nylon, 30D, air permeable panel
Dimensions / Rolled 21” x 12½” x 6” / 53 cm x 32 cm x 15 cm
Volume 1647 cu. in. / 27 L
Avg. Weight 11.3 oz / 324 g
Avg. Weight (oz./g): 11.3oz / 324g

An Airpurge strip allows for maximum compression, as the air-permeable fabric allows the complete evacuation of internal pressure. Radio frequency welded seams and reinforced fabric on the bottom and pocket area provides maximum strength and waterproofness. A mesh pocket accommodates a hydration bladder, and stretch cording and gear loops secure crampons and ice tools. Compression straps cinch down your load, and breathable mesh shoulder straps
from the land of the long white clouds...
