Overnight walks in the Bay of Fires area

I've found a couple of different campsites at St Helens Park, Jeanneret Beach, Cosy Corner.

While there are campsites there, are there any walking tracks in between that anybody knows about? The only walks I see on Google seem to be some touristy guided walks: not a fan.

I'm hoping to sneak in a Saturday/Sunday overnighter in February some time.
