TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Terra Nova Voyager 30 or Laser 35

I have a 35l Osprey Manta on the way for good weather overnights and for day walks but I do have the option to return it so I have been looking for alternatives incase the Osprey doesn't suit.

Has anyone used either of these Terra Nova packs? They seem well priced and really light so I was wondering if they might be worth a look?

Any other suggestions would be appreciated as well!

Cheers
Phil

In order to see if a pack is right for you, you need to try it on with a decent amount of weight inside. I feel other people's opinions on comfort are largely irrelevant as we all experience packs differently.

Very true. I usually only order things with a return option for the exact reason. I was hoping for some input on quality and practicality/features rather than just comfort.
