Ok thought so but crikey how much ZOOM do you have on your camera.... Ok ah geez was gonna say on the WA but it could be from Bobs looking at a knob or it could be Hopetoun or even the pictons but i think the angle is wrong for that so probably rules Bobs out... must be WA
Well done tastrax. You've got it. It's apparently from the summit of the Sentinels. I've not been there myself, but it looks like a great short (but steep) walk - how difficult is the climb?
Nice work guys!! and thanks to Nik for looking after that shot for me!! The sentinals is a VERY steep but quite shortish kinda walk that provided EXCELLENT views and a good insight to SW walking! Jagged rocks, Small patches of light scrub and Yes again the views!
a very good walk that can be done either as a return walk from the carpark (good track) or you can follow the ridge westwards and drop off the end back to the road to provide a very good off track experience.
P.S I love the guess Tastrax....
P.P.S GEO- that shot looks very Tasmn Peninsula, ish to me?? Denmans cove??
Yeh that could be quite true! I just remember a STEEP bash down hill lugging my weight belt, then a scramble along some slippery boulders, then seeing only small crayfish and one rather large skate which scared the bejeezers out of me!!
Dived at Cloudy corner too was a bit better, saw one LARGE crayfish (but didnt get.....) and no Skate
Yep, sorry people, family stuff, I was 2m from my vehicle at the lookout on the way to the the lighthouse, ovelooking Cloudy Bay Who got it right? - Their turn
Not sure ILUVSWTAS, it looks far south-ish, with all the forestry. Maybe taken from Adamson's looking at the little peeky peak thing next to Adamson's? I've tried Adamson's twice as a day walk and got flat tyres both times

Ah spuin! Had my share of car troubles on the way to and from bushwalks..... sometimes a mountain just does its best to keep you away huh!!! Definately not Adamsons, the forest is much more open and alpine like up there! this place would be over 200k's away from Adamsons! And the little peak next to Adamsons is called the Calf
