Anyone have experience with one of these. The worst reviews I, ve tread are on there own site.

Not exactly my preference but in my budget.

What exactly are you wanting to know?
I've got the trekker, identical to the scout.

Supertramp thanks for the reply. In your opinion are they:

well made

Are you happy with the floor

Do you have anything you really dont like

How have you found it in wind

How is setup/packup

Hi Dave,

This is my first Six Moon Designs tent and first Cottage manufacturer tent.

I have to say it's very well made.

There are improvements that could and should have been implemented in the build of this tent but would have added extra weight (sadly).
Things like:
A floor with more grip, so your sleeping mat doesn't slide around (typical silnylon) this can be combated though through little modifications.
More lift at the foot end & more of a bath tub floor (personal opinion).

I haven't had it set up much in windy conditions.
Although I can say that if you set it up facing the correct direction in the wind it will be pretty good, but if the wind changes direction the longer side can act like a sail and catch the wind significantly.

Set up/Pack Down is so easy (love it).

Overall the tent is extremely well built & perfect for normal/slightly stormy conditions.
Overall I am extremely happy with this tent & will recommend it to anybody.
