I've always considered it a mistake to own anything smarter than I am.
Which, given how technology is expanding into every area of our lives, means I'll be back to living in a cave soon.

These days NNW everything is smarter than I am . I also recently capitulated and bought a not-too-expensive Oppo F1s, after years of buying only the cheapest nastiest phones I could get (emphasis on cheap). Still on the steep learning curve but I'm getting better, slowly. It actually takes half reasonable photos, with a fair bit of manual control over them. One of the reasons I chose it.
