Correct. To the distinctive S-E corner of the Wilpena Range, from near Martins Well Road, base of Mt Havelock.

alright so where am i?
please tell me if the image doesn't contain enough details
(it's a mountain summit however i took the photo with a drone about 100m above the summit as the image wasn't very clear which i took with my phone, but the landscape is the same)

I'll try Brachina Creek, because it's the only place I've seen water in recent times. But the geology seems to suggest it could be elsewhere.

Rawnsley Bluff [Wilpena Pound] on the left, Chace Range on the middle/right, but I am thinking you might have been on Mt Ide?

Elder Range is correct. So the elevation is considerably higher than Mt Ide.
