Starting from the Red Stringybark car park off Sawmill Road, Spring Gully, this walk takes you to the southern boundary of Spring Gully Conservation Park and back via the Ridgetop Track. Experience the natural landscape of Spring Gully Conservation Park on a relatively easy hike that follows a long ridge, offering spectacular views through the trees across the Adelaide Plains. Along the way, there are good opportunities for spotting western grey kangaroos, euros and common brushtail possums. In spring, there's an abundance of wildflowers and orchids. The track ends at the southern boundary of the park, but walkers can turn around at any point and return to the start. This walk consists of wide, gently undulating fire tracks, suitable for most fitness levels, as well as wheelchair users with assistance.
