Getting started
From the ‘Barnetts Road Reserve’ car park (at the junction of Barnetts Rd and Wyanna St, Berowra), this walk follows the concrete footpath between the timber bollards (1.3m gap) away from the road. After 25m this walk passes a short path to a picnic table, continue along the concrete path........

	At the intersection of Barnett Lookout path & Wyanna Street Start heading along Barnett Lookout path (a walking track). Find the car park at the start. Find the Parking Accessible at the start. Parking Accessible There are a series of nine marked car parks at the end of Barnetts Road, Berowra including one mobility parking bay. The parking area is tarmac, 3.4m wide and 5m deep. Then head through the bollard. After another 50 m pass the water tap (15 m on your left). Then find the "Barnetts Picnic area" (10 m on your left). Barnetts Picnic area The Barnetts Road Reserve picnic area, boasts three picnic tables, a drinking fountain, a playground and seats a short distance from the road. The area is surrounded by some open grass area and native forest. Easy flat and smooth access from the road. After another 20 m pass the playground (30 m on your left). After another 20 m find a seat. After another 110 m come to a seat., has a backrest. "Barnett Lookout".
	About 10 m past the end is "Seat". Seat A series of two stone bench seats, 41cm high, 45cm deep and 2.5m wide with a 20cm (and 46cm) high backrest. The seats are built into a retaining wall at the lookout. About 15 m past the end is "Barnetts Lookout". Barnetts Lookout Barnetts Lookout provides stunning views over Berowra Creek and the surprisingly wild Berowra Valley NP. There are two stone seats, a concrete base (4.6x4m) and a 1.3m high metal fence (filtered views when seated in a wheelchair). To the left there are views upstream along Berowra Creek past Calna Creek, on a clear day you can just make out the Blue Mountains straight ahead and Berowra Waters to the right.
	Turn around here and retrace the main route for 220 m to get back to the start.

There are no steps and the path is nearly flat the whole way. The path does gently slope (less than 1:12) towards the lookout so it is gently uphill as you return to the start.
