Big Rock from Turntable Drive

Starting from Turntable carpark, You Yangs Regional Park, this circuit walk takes you to the Big Rock and back via the Big Rock Track. Enjoy the panoramic views of the surrounding landscape as you sit on the massive flat rock. Feel the warmth of the ancient stone, take your time and maybe have a little picnic before returning to the car park. Speaking of, the car park at the start has BBQs, picnic tables and toilets, so if you're planning a feast that would be the better option. Come early to avoid the crowd. Let us begin by acknowledging the Wadawurrung people, Traditional Custodians of the land on which we travel today, and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.

	After another 610 m (at the intersection of Great Circle Drive & Big Rock Track) turn right, to head along Great Circle Drive (a vehicle track). After another 15 m (at the intersection of Big Rock Track & Great Circle Drive) turn left, to head along Big Rock Track (a walking track). After another 255 m continue straight, to head along Big Rock Track. Keep left.
	After another 55 m turn right, to head along Big Rock Track. After another 35 m continue straight, to head along Big Rock Track.
	The starting point of an optional sidetrip. The last stretch to the rock. To start this optional side trip turn right here. On returning from this side trip veer left when you get back to this intersection. Details below. After another 400 m continue straight, to head along Big Rock Track. After another 410 m continue straight, to head along Big Rock Track. After another 60 m continue straight, to head along Big Rock Track.
	After another 255 m (at the intersection of Great Circle Drive & Big Rock Track) turn right, to head along Great Circle Drive (a vehicle track). After another 15 m (at the intersection of Big Rock Track & Great Circle Drive) turn left, to head along Big Rock Track (a walking track).
	Continue another 610 m to find at the intersection of Lumberjack Track & Big Rock Track at the end.
